too small, don't look at the size chart
The size chart is not correct at all. My son will be 3 soon, he wears most of his shoes in a size 6, I ordered 7.5 so he can grow a bit in them, they were too small and didn't even fit his foot, I think I should have ordered 10 or 11, but if you look at the table you would know that. send her back
