First, many of these capture cards are deceptive. SO READ THE FEATURES! This product says it can record 4K at 30fps and 1080p at 60fps RGB 8:8:8 aka sudo True Color. It worked, but not very well, there was obvious spatter and constant frame drops. I think this is due to the product overheating. @25C at ambient temperature shouldn't be a problem. Tested on 3 different computers, so not because of the host hardware. The best results were achieved with a resolution of 720p at 60 fps. The yuv422 frames were stable. Scales down well. and I was able to upscale 720p to 1020p with very good quality. Actually it was very impressive. I really want 1080p @ 60fps true color to work flawlessly. The low output latency was very good. Spraying has never been on the monitor.
