Review on Siser EasyWeed White HTV 11.8" x 🎨 25ft Roll - Iron On Heat Transfer Vinyl by Morgan Gilmore

Hello. When I opened the product I immediately noticed a couple of stains on one end of the roll. Looks like something punctured and damaged the vinyl roll after a few coats. However, the shipping envelope appears to be intact, so it's possible that the damage occurred earlier. I took pictures of it and the packaging as well as a video. In addition to the damage, there were some other issues that I don't think are genuine Siser product, or very poor handling from someone cutting them into smaller rolls. The HTV rolled back with a carrier sheet inside, all other Siser products come without a carrier sheet which probably would have prevented this damage. Another big problem is that the top and bottom edges of the roll have been cut extremely unevenly and unprofessionally. It looks hand carved. I would like a refund or a replacement please, it was an expensive item.
