Review on WhatsApp Automation by Shigg Bigbee

Not all bots are useful but we have found them very easy to use, they work exactly how you would expect a bot to work! I'm using one for a client that helps me manage my daily tasks (a bit like Asana). This has been really helpful in managing projects from home. It also allows us to communicate via messaging without having to pick up our phones or go into meetings which is great when working remotely and meeting clients face-to-face. It is really user friendly! I love that you get alerts when someone responds, but it's not always easy for our team members who are located in different states (or countries). We need more of an option where they have multiple options such as phone call or text message rather than just chat - maybe even add live chatting? This software has allowed us to save time answering questions from clients via email instead which makes life easier since we're spread out everywhere around Australia sometimes!!
