Review on OTT, Inc. by Andrew Agarwal

I have worked at many companies in my career but this was one of those that stood out for me as being very customer focused! The team has been awesome to work alongside - they are all super smart & willing/able take direction from their peers rather than managers (which can be hard sometimes). They listen well too which helps when you're having issues or just need some feedback about your day / week etc. It's still early days so we haven't had any major problems yet though it looks like there may possibly soon come up where things could get tricky if not handled properly by them. We've used our project manager mainly because she works remotely most weeks whereas other members do tend towards office hours more often during working months. This gives us flexibility over how much support staff use each month while also giving her time off should anything happen unexpectedly outside normal operating times.
