I used to have these with batteries and they broke regularly. Tbh I wouldn't buy another one but my dentist convinced me to give it another try. This time I chose the AA battery model because I don't want it on my counter. With the help of lithium batteries, he copes with his task. Traditional alkaline batteries drain and wear out too quickly. I wouldn't recommend this model to anyone who doesn't want to spend a little more for lithium. I still find it a bit weaker than the battery model, but it's good enough with lithium. Oral-B should be ashamed to sell it cheaper.
