Faulty item, terrible service

Had to be sent in for repairs in less than 2 months due to an accidental restart. More than 10 days passed, then I came back with the same problem, plus freezes, buffer delays, library error 126, missing software, overheating, dead pixels in the center of the screen and a chip on the case. Instead of offering a replacement, Asus only responds by sending it back.
