I installed this meter in February 2021 and have been in continuous use for 8 months at the time of writing this without any problems. We camp regularly and the electricity is not the same everywhere. We needed a visual meter to keep the electrical load at or below the output rating of the power source we were using. This meter fully meets the requirements. Installation is fairly easy once you know how to work with 120VAC wiring. The load center in my RV is at ground level, and I wanted to mount the display at eye level, afraid it would affect functionality, I added about 4 feet of wire to the telecoil cable. I hooked up a meter and even with the extended induction cord it works like a champ! I can monitor AC voltage, current in amps, power in watts (or kW because the meter has auto-ranging), total power consumption in kWh, frequency in Hz, and power factor in real time. Once you figure out how the single button works on the device, you can easily reset the kWh field to track usage over a period of time. (To reset the kWh field, press and hold the button until the kWh field flashes, then release and press again to clear the field to 0.) This works great. Note that if you are using it to monitor usage in a 50A RV or to monitor a 240V circuit, you will need two of these meters, one for each 120V branch.
