Negative Impression of RATIVE

As a mother-to-be, I couldn't wait to peruse RATIVE's baby and adult apparel, footwear, and accessories. My overall impression of the store, though, was not positive. The first problem was the lackluster offering of apparel, footwear, and accessories. Even though they promise to have something for everyone, I didn't find much to my liking there. I had my worries about the goods' durability because they appeared to be poorly manufactured and cheap. Customer support was unresponsive and useless, adding insult to injury. After waiting many days for a response, I received answers to my inquiries concerning sizing and materials that were neither specific nor helpful. They obviously didn't give a hoot about whether or not I was happy as a customer. Once again, I was let down when my shipment arrived. The goods were of a far lower quality than I had anticipated, and they did not resemble anything on the internet at all. Ultimately, I sent everything back, but the return process was cumbersome and expensive due to shipping and restocking fees. In conclusion, if you or your children are in the market for high-quality clothing, RATIVE is not where you should shop. RATIVE's selection is uninspiring, and their customer service is unhelpful. Do not waste your time here; go somewhere else.
