Affects WaterPik pressure

This replacement pen set looks like the original but for unknown reasons significantly reduces WaterPik pressure. At the highest WaterPik setting, 10, it has about 2/3 the pressure that the original pen had. I would have thought it was a coincidence but 6 months ago we bought an aftermarket pen for one of our other WaterPiks and it had the same issue. It's hard to imagine how it could be otherwise, but if you don't want your stylus to perform the same way, I would recommend getting a genuine replacement stylus and saving money on aftermarket pens. Finally, what is the probability that two of them on two different WaterPiks will produce the same result?
