Worked once, then quit.

Worked once, then not at all. My Roku remote is working, so be aware it's not the sensor on the TV. Restart your TV. Unplugged/Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. The reset remote took out the batteries, held power/pressed each button on the remote, then put the batteries back in, but it still doesn't work. Very dissatisfied.
