I'm driving through New York and have had this light for about 6 months now. The light output is fantastic but to be honest I was drawn to the side lights. Driving in parked cars is a gamble at best, so bright directional lights traveling parallel to or alongside you at intersections offer a measure of safety. And like a racer who hates being drained by intense strobe lights, this light's pulse function is great. I will also say that my flashlight suffered from a broken bracket issue that many others have. So why 5 stars? Because I called her to ask about it and found out that the manufacturer used the wrong mix for a production without her knowledge. They were very forthcoming on the matter and offered a free no-questions-asked replacement when they received the receipt. Luckily I bought online so the receipt was digital. I can see the piece of paper may have been lost if you had this problem after purchasing it from a store.
