In my case the product arrived intact. Like most Adam's Polishes aerosol products, this product came in a bag with interior fittings in a standard cap bottle and a sprayer that the user must attach. Again, with the Adam products, the top of the liquid was about 2.5 cm from the top of the bottle. The atomizer is easy to install. Just unscrew the regular cap and screw on the atomizer. The only problem you might encounter with this process (which I've encountered) is that the spray straw is actually too long to fit in the bottle! I fixed it with scissors. Also not sure if it was just me but the quality of the atomizer seems a bit questionable. But for now it works. The detailer has a pleasant mint scent that is present when sprayed on but disappears after a maximum of 3 minutes. In terms of cleaning it helps pick up dust, doesn't leave streaks but leaves a nice smooth dry visually clean matte finish on my car's interior which I appreciate. I have no way of verifying that the UV really offers protection (which it claims) or if it cleans the surface of all germs (which it doesn't claim but does claim to clean interior surfaces). But what I've noticed is that since I've been using this detailer, it takes significantly longer for dust to accumulate. In fact, I can't believe I'm saying this, but some spots where I've applied this product have stopped collecting dust. However, there are very few such areas, such as a cluster of sensors. Overall I would recommend this product despite the few issues mentioned above. I bought it for $12.50 which seems a reasonable price for what it does. If that was the original price ($15) then it would be overpriced.
