Edit: Changed to 3 stars due to quality but customer service was great! They should send a new one. Edit: I think I spoke too soon. The extension cord just stopped working this morning. I checked the switch and reinstalled the outlet. This is definitely the way out. Contact the seller to see how they can solve the problem. I'm currently changing this to 1 star but will change according to the seller's response. This extension cord was worth the money I spent on it! I'm doing a summer bridge course this week and I need to have three devices running at the same time to be able to see my students, read chat and track attendance. I also need to connect my phone charger, wireless headset charger, iPad charger and printer. This was a problem, especially with bulky Apple chargers. I love that this power strip has plenty of room between each port for bulky chargers, and the USB ports are an added bonus for a variety of devices like wireless headphones and portable chargers. Here, too, the investment is worthwhile. The only downside is that it's quite big, but that's exactly what I wanted.
