I would give ZERO stars but I bought this toothbrush on July 18th and it hasn't worked since August 1st. It wouldn't turn on, so I assumed it just needed charging since it was already on (5 stars for battery life). But the button isn't even pressed. This is my first rechargeable toothbrush now so not sure if that's ok but the charger/holder is all plastic which I found odd but hey technology is crazy these days. I plugged in the stand and assumed it was charging (no light or any indication). I tried pressing the button while on the stand to make sure it wasn't just not clicking because it was dead, but still nothing. Basically, it's like simply pressing on a piece of rubber. Decided I needed more time. It's been "loading" for over 24 hours and I've come to the conclusion that it's just dead/broken. I threw away the packaging so I screwed up but hopefully that will stop someone from wasting their money on this old toothbrush.
