I think it needs a UV light
I think you need a up light to use this. It would not dry at all. I even bought a fast drying top coat and it would not dry. Yes the color changing aspect of it worked and it was the prettiest color ever I adored it but wasn’t even worth it when it won’t dry. If it needs a UV light it should say that. Also not worth the price. One little nail polish doesn’t come with very much at all.
