Don't forget and don't skimp on hot glue
So many details, nicks, burrs and creases. Of course you can assemble without glue, but why? If you look at it from the side, it falls apart. Be sure to follow the instructions in the order of the parts, but hot glue is necessary in my opinion. My almost 5 year old still loves it. hot glue and such.
