Product First. It worked! I swapped the board inside, assembled it, it still works. There are no instructions and the product was not shipped in anti-static packaging. (Electrostatic discharge) However, it is clear that the product has been repaired or at least used. The seller has listed a NEW listing, but it's not new. The Square Trade Guarantee is a good thing to get with this product. I gave three stars because it was delivered on time and the product worked. Deducted two stars because the seller misrepresented the item as new. I looked at the product page and it doesn't say much about the quality or location of the part, but it's only available in the NEW category. To me that means it has to be NEW.
