a waste of money. I bought this toothbrush based on lots of videos showing it working and I thought it was a pretty color with a case. I thought it would be a great investment. NO. Don't buy, please save your money. It worked great once I started using it. Then, a few months later, the battery stopped holding a charge. I used it twice a day and then charged it once a week on Sundays along with my irrigator. Nothing unusual; no crashes, nothing crazy. The toothbrush just stopped holding a charge. This toothbrush is expensive and I don't want anyone to make the same mistake I did. Waste of money + effort trying to fit everything into the cute aesthetic as I spend a lot of time taking care of my smile/teeth. If you're looking for a pretty pink brush, I'd go with the Philips Sonicare ProtectiveClean 4100 deep pink brush that I'm currently using. It's less than half the price, lasts over a week on a charge, and keeps my teeth really clean.
