When first turned on, the temperature rises to 500 degrees, the 2nd waffle and more never exceeds 360.
Cannot adjust the temperature - my biggest problem. Nice portable and compact storage unit. A slight design change would have made it easy to stand upright, which is currently not possible due to the power cord.
