My 3 year old daughter knocked out some teeth in a bike accident and her dentist recommended a mouthguard for me. It was the only one that fit in her mouth out of all the ones I looked at that claimed to fit small children. I thought it was a scam because it was a copy of the more popular version (Oral Mart) with almost identical wording to Oral Mart but poor grammar and almost no reviews. So I bought both and it turned out that Oral Mart didn't work at all - it was way bigger than advertised and even shrinking it down didn't fit. While this one is perfect for small mouths. The only downside is that young mouths are very sensitive to heat, so molding was very difficult: when the temperature was low enough for my 3 year old to bear, it was too cool to get a really good shape. To be fair this is no different than other mouth guards but as this one is specifically for younger people it is good to be aware of this issue. If they could make it malleable at a lower temperature I would give it a 5.
