I bought this for my son to wear during basketball practice/game. Unfortunately he has braces and they fit snugly around his mouth (he is 11 years old). He wore it for several days in a row hoping it would stretch a little and feel comfortable, but no luck.

My 6 year old is small for his height. We tried 3 different mouth guards that were too big and he choked even after trimming the ends a bit. Then, almost giving up, I found this gem. It fit perfectly in his little mouth and didn't make him vomit! Arrived just in time for my first soccer practice session. Highly recommended!

I bought this item based on my age. My granddaughter is 8 so I bought her a child size up to 10. When we got it she couldn't even put it in her mouth. It might fit a 5 year old but not a 10 year old or younger unless they are very small. next size says 11 and up. I hesitate to order again. I was happy with the quality but the size is lame.

I bought this for my 5 year old son for his 4 & 5 football season. He hasn't got any back molars yet and his mouth is small, like any kid his age. I couldn't even get it all the way in my mouth. I used sharp kitchen scissors to cut off the back of the molar on each side of the guard. Plastic remains smooth and soft after cutting. Then I could heat it up and stick it to his mouth. Mouthguards have never been comfortable, but with a little modification they now work great!

It was the only one that fit in her mouth out of all the ones I looked at that claimed to fit small children. I thought it was a scam because it was a copy of the more popular version (Oral Mart) with almost identical wording to Oral Mart but poor grammar and almost no reviews. So I bought both and it turned out that Oral Mart didn't work at all - it was way bigger than advertised…
