The material is nice and soft, the design is quite simple, but it is a good everyday item for the children's wardrobe. My 8 month old is a burly monkey and has wide buttocks and hips so much so that pants like these often fit her like plumbers pants but they actually cover her butt really well so I love it. They're a bit big, but not by much. Overall I'm very happy with them, they go with a lot of their basics.
