Just a little long. It has to be shorter.
Approximately 1/4 inch long. I tried one and was concerned that it might put a lot of pressure on the plastic case and tear it. When I took it off after a month it was bruised on one end and I won't be using the other two unless I trim them down. I'm not sure if I want to do this.
