First, Amazon put a large sticker directly over the instructions. It was a pain dismounting to be able to read. At first I had trouble keeping the strip on my bottom teeth but I figured it out. By the time it came time to remove the strips, they had somehow turned into a strange gel. I ended up brushing off most of it because it couldn't be erased anymore. My teeth really did look whiter. However, this product gave me absolute sensitivity. It's been a few hours and they still hurt. I only bought this product because it wasn't meant to be. Very disappointed and false advertising!
