I used a 1/4" diamond hole saw to drill holes in my bathroom ceramic tile to install these shelves. There are many videos on youtube on how to do this - porcelain requires diamond -Hole saws if you want to be sure you don't split the tile.It's a bit of a chore and takes time to make each hole, but it's the right way to do it.I then filled each hole with bathroom silicone and inserted the supplied plastic wall anchors. I rotated the anchors as I inserted them to ensure the silicone was properly adhering to the walls of the hole and not just going in the gap between the walls. I was then able to complete the installation by inserting the screwed the supplied stainless steel screws into the shelf brackets and the shelves were in place.
