Definitely hotel quality
At first the packaging was unexpected. It was vacuum packed and looked like a set of sheets. I was expecting it to be more fluffy, but from the description it definitely looks more like a not-so-fluffy hotel pillow. It adjusts to your position and won't hurt your neck. Very happy with the quality and very happy that it turned out as described.
