unfortunately this case doesn't support wireless charging because the case itself has a good thickness and my hard tpu case for ipad air 4 also has a good thickness for protection. If you have a thinner case, I think wireless charging will work. The double-tap feature only works if I tap hard enough on the thinner sides of the grip (which appear transparent), although I now think I've found a good middle ground on how hard to tap, for now I find that double-tap is a little softer so the Apple Pencil 2 can see it through the case? I don't know but I think it's a little better now. The silicone case itself is beautiful and well made. It feels good in my hand when I take notes for a long time. A little protective cap which I use sometimes but not always because while I can write well with it the pen doesn't track the 'i' dots very well which is a bit annoying. The case didn't move, maybe I don't notice it over time because I take off the case when charging the Pencil 2. Many here complain that the case is difficult to get on and off, but I think they just lacked a bit of common sense and patience. It took me a bit of effort initially to get the case on and off, but I found that slowly sliding the case on and off worked best. I use my nails and slip off the edge of the suitcase; I suggest watching the video I made so you can see how easy it is. The magnetic attraction between the stylus and the wireless charging area has weakened only slightly; Without the case, it's definitely more firmly attached, but still well attached. Turning it on and off doesn't bother me, and because I love how well it protects the stylus. If you're easily frustrated by the little things, just grab a pencil sticker instead because I doubt there's a perfect case for the Apple Pencil 2 IF you're using a case that covers the wireless charging area on the side. If you don't have one of these cases, don't worry about wireless charging.
