Updated Review * Great Printer

I don't know why some negative reviewers have issues. I didn't need tech support so I can't talk about it. Setup takes about 10 minutes. Take the power plug -> power supply. Switch on the device -> switch from OFF to OFF. to a. Take the gray cable, plug it into the back of the printer -> plug it into the USB port on your computer/laptop etc. Go to the Arkscan website (the web link is included in the printer brochure). Download the required driver depending on the courier platform you are using. Proceed to add printers/devices on your computer. Add a label printer (you can change the name if you want), go to the printer properties, set the default to 4x6, etc. as needed. Apply -> save. Test print page and viola, it prints. With free UPS labels, it prints for free and is clean/clear. no questions. I'm just shooting in the dark here, but maybe some "print quality" issues COULD be related to the labels used? Not sure but so far so good from me, been using it for 2 weeks, no problem yet. Please note that the roll you receive from UPS is larger than will fit in the printer cavity. Therefore, a separate roll holder or flap folding style is required. (I literally just rip off a handful, fold them up and thread them through the spine while keeping the rest of the roll. Overall I like this solution more than using the Zebra (which most consider premium) and Dymo XL ( that requires rolls with a hole punched on each label so you know when to stop printing) too often but still having trouble for the last couple of weeks, be aware if you're selling via a courier platform, the 8x11 -sheets with a bunch of bloated info used (not part of the IE ebay label) Just save the label as PDF > open PDF > Capture/Snapshot (image selection) only part of the label and press print The red light blinked, didn't print, which was most likely due to the laptop/printer shutting down mid-cycle and restarting with labels aligned, and we're back to fact.

The most commonly used shipping labels are 4 x 6 inches, 4 x 8.25 inches, and 4 x 6.75 inches.
