Review on Perforated Watchband Stitching Silverstone Included by Lawrence Reuter

I bought this strap to replace the alligator leather strap that was on my Caliber 12 Tag Heuer Monaco. I ordered it in late January and the estimated delivery date was early March. The watch arrived within 2 weeks, much earlier than expected. When I put the bracelet on the watch, I wasn't happy. The watch was noticeably small for Monaco's 22mm lugs. Instead it was probably 20mm to 21mm and I could see the spring bars on either side of the strap like on a watch. I contacted the seller immediately and they double checked that they had sent me the correct model number, which they did. I never felt like they helped me. They pretended this hadn't happened to any of their products and asked me to get electronic calipers to measure the lugs on my own watches. (Should I have had access to this?) I have sent the strap back to the UK for a refund and will update if anything changes.
