It's easy enough that anyone can use in their company without any technical assistance by our team! We have been able to implement multiple workflows with varying types of users from different departments within my organization (including non-technical) all using one system.
I wish we had more options when creating forms or templates such as text formatting but this is not something they're addressing at present so its just easier if they build out customization themselves before launch than after release like some other software companies do. Our customers love how quick & efficient things flow now between us compared to what used to take days/weeks - especially since everyone has access remotely via VPNs etc.
