If you don't mind the price, I think the ASICS overall is a great running shoe. If you're looking for running shoes, do yourself a favor and grab some of the best in the business. I would compare them to Brooks running shoes. ASICS is about half a size smaller than my normal training shoes, I find that this is standard on all ASICS so I recommend at least half a size up (even with running shoes they should be larger as tight to your legs will allow for flexibility and swelling ). The colors are really FAVORITE on this product, the red is a bolder blood red and the photos I have provided show a better representation of the color than the product photo I feel. The gel on the side is almost too comfortable on the inside, but you can still feel the overall responsive support from the base, it's probably the softest feeling of any shoe I've worn. My build is a stocky 5ft 6in male weighing about 250 pounds. I'm a powerlifter and hate cardio, so I need quality shoes to be able to jog for long periods of time without creating additional discomfort from heel, knee, and back injuries. This shoe delivers, buy with confidence when you are looking for quality running shoes.
