It didn't work for us twice. We got a replacement for the first one and this one has the same problem. The USB connection is too weak for the computer to recognize it as a plug and play webcam. I had to buy a USB port expander for this webcam to work. If you have a USB port expander, you're in luck! If not, be ready to shell out $15-$30 on top of this webcam. As soon as I plugged it into the USB expander, it worked flawlessly. The quality isn't great, but this is a budget webcam so you get what you pay for. Warning: the microphone is always on when plugged in, whether you're using a webcam or not!
