Okay, I've been looking and looking for the perfect carrier for my Italian Greyhound for a long time. They are small dogs, ranging from 8 to 14 pounds, but are very long-legged, so they are also very large. My seven month old pup didn't hesitate to get in and out as he had plenty of room to sit and stand. Well made for the dog and cute. I would give 4 1/2 stars if possible because I wish the shoulder straps were softer. It has a little, but when you add your dog's weight, you definitely need more. With that in mind, I've looked at similar tote bags and backpacks from many brands and this one is the best I've seen.
