I like it a lot. Last year my horse had trouble breathing and it saved my life. Unlike regular nose pads, this one is curved to cover the nostrils and prevent the horse from breathing in dust, dirt and other particles. I have one for everyday use and one specifically for riding. It fits perfectly on my horse's noseband. The only thing you have to remember is that you have to wash the mask off every 2-3 days because of the accumulation of fine dust. Just seeing how many things he catches every other day is amazing.
