I had a small problem with the original tube that came with the kit. The seller promptly replaced the item. The product works well and is much better than hand pumps. How can I contact the seller to exchange the handset? A 1/4" stretch on the suction tube reduces the size of the inner tube and slows down oil evacuation. I don't have to return the whole package. The package arrived on time and the pump works (if a bit noisy) but was too slow when the oil was warmed up well which I attribute to a bend/distortion in the pipe I will await that decision to give a final star rating
