Apparently received a used chair that used to be broken

The screw on the back of the chair is loose and the base is broken. Wobbles despite tight screwing. The back is shaky. Look at all the scratches and scuffs on everything. It was a return and was sent to me like new. The back support is very smooth and doesn't stay in place. The headrest is not attached to anything. It simply wraps around the chair, meaning it moves and doesn't stay in place. I had high hopes for it and was very disappointed.
