The clip on this holster is very strong and won't let the pump fall off your belt, but it is a bit bulky. This is a big improvement over the metal clip that comes with the T Slim X2 pump as that metal clip falls off your belt every time I bend over as there is nothing to catch. He fell and snapped my IV set when it fell to the ground. If Tandem could add another clip to their pump, it would be the perfect pump with Control IQ! This holster case is very similar to the Medtronic pump case from many years ago. The tandem pump is easy to insert and you can change the cartridge without removing it. It's more cumbersome than just a metal clip with the original case, but I found the metal clip didn't even stay on the original case, so I was excited to try this new holster case. It stays on!
