Compact and powerful. If you are looking for a strong massage with good compression, highly recommended. It has an excellent complex massage effect than rempho. Rempho sits lower in the car, which was more comfortable than Homedic. Because of the depth and roominess of the Homedic, they may not be as comfortable for people with large feet. The strongest rempho felt about the same as the lightest homedic settings. Homedic were too strong for my father, so he favored Rempho. But if that's not a problem, definitely recommended.
