Instructions would be helpful

Everything is fine. Assembly instructions would be helpful. It comes with a bunch of little white plastic cups that I have no idea where to put. Plus a metal washer and a couple of plastic washers, not distinguishing which goes where. Finally, the trays are a little wobbly, but they'll do the trick for displaying desserts at a semi-formal dinner party.
