Review on 🖤 Black Adjustable Groin Wrap - McDavid 475 by Paul Tilden

I was hesitant to purchase this product as I thought I would need a corset similar to shorts to facilitate groin stretching. However, I was very happy with the results. I use it for tennis. I had small twitches from chasing balls and took about a week after that. Once I started using these braces, my problems basically ended. I feel a slight tingling here and there, but nothing compared to the tension pains I used to have. I find it works best very tight, as high on the leg as possible so I can wear it comfortably. And I always tighten it with a branded valve from the center so it doesn't chafe. It takes a little getting used to, but I've found that as soon as I start walking, I forget I'm wearing a corset. I usually wear it for 2-3 hours with no side effects. Highly recommended.
