The support team is very responsive, always willing for help with any questions or concerns that you have about their product/service.

I would like there be more options available as far as pricing goes - it can get pricey at times but overall they are great! Have used them in past so happy we decided again this year!! We use GDMSalesChain solution because our sales reps rely heavily upon accurate data entry into CRM systems (Salesforce) which allows us access from anywhere via mobile device 24-7 365 days per annum without having multiple people working offsite during business hours etc.
