So I'm 1.60m tall and this bag was so heavy for me! I needed a bag for my large computer and this one has room, but it was very stiff and difficult to carry. I returned it. It is beautiful and exactly as described, I felt so uncomfortable wearing it after trying to use it that I gave up. there isn't much room if you leave the laptop bag in, just enough for a notepad and some pens and bits and pieces. the charger had to be placed on top of the laptop and notepad, otherwise it would fit in the bag... the side pockets don't flex at all and are very narrow - it's difficult to put anything in, and once you put something in, you can't put your hand down to get it! I liked that the side pocket was fully zipped so it was easier to get the laptop out, but my laptop is only 15" and barely fits in. I was disappointed and after this heavy thing I will try a bag with shoulder strap! but nice bag. just not what i thought it would be.
