This bag looks very nice, love the amount of items it can hold but it has to be returned as the bag is heavy and the handles are too stiff and hard. My shoulder hurts.

The handles and the opening are too narrow, which makes the bag almost unusable. I was so frustrated that it now sits as a storage drawer in the back of the closet. Still a cute storage box.

Bought as a gift for my wife. It's a cool bag, but it's heavy and the material is very hard. Those qualities don't help it as a crossbody bag for work, and my wife ditched it in favor of an old favorite.

So I'm 1.60m tall and this bag was so heavy for me! I needed a bag for my large computer and this one has room, but it was very stiff and difficult to carry. I returned it.
