I wanted this to turn two adjustable XL beds into one large adjustable bed with no gap in the middle. I took the item out of the bag and the part that should go on the bed is already folded in half. I spread it out for exactly 8 hours hoping that putting it back on the bed would help. I wrapped the strap around the bed and through the straps as needed to hold it in place as I tightened it to hold the beds in place and it sank right between the two beds and voila, that Gap was back. Unfortunately I sent it back and got my money back as it didn't perform what I expected. In addition, the return on the Amazon site is very easy and asks almost no questions.
