I wanted a new plant sprayer. It seemed like a good deal to be able to get 2 for a little more than the normal price. Unfortunately only 1 out of 2 works. This is particularly annoying as they include a card in the package saying you don't have to worry if there is a drop of water in the bottles or pump as it is left over after each check remained bottle. Well the first one I tried to open didn't work because I was squeezing the nozzle handle. It was really annoying and frustrating. In a way, I'm grateful because I've thought about giving one of these to my mom without thinking that I would need both right away. Self-recognition of the error saved me from this embarrassment. However, they offer 2, you pay for 2, and only get 1 that works is unacceptable and not worth repackaging and sending back to me. The second one seems to be working fine so far, but if I had to do it again I'd probably just get the regular one from another seller. Unless there was a way to fix it.
