I like these paper straws because they are tall enough for my water tumbler and they hold up well during the day. I use the same water tumbler refilling it numerous times from noon each day until I go to bed at night and the straw does not fall apart. Like most paper straws it will weaken after almost 12 hours of same straw use in a water glass but this straw does hold up better than most. I like this alternative better than reusable plastic straws as I can recycle the paper rather than having to wash a straw that I'm never sure if I have truly cleaned sufficiently.
