This was for an old Kenmore Elite dishwasher that's new to me - I didn't even know the shelf was adjustable until I poked around to find out why the soap door wasn't working all open. I saw that the lever was missing on one regulator, causing the rack to get stuck in the down position. This kit seemed to be the answer. I only used 3 parts from the kit: the lever and the regulator body on one side (I broke what was left of the old one trying to remove it). The parts look completely identical to what was inside, but it's always possible that they've been swapped out before. The rest I hold on the assumption that the other side will eventually break. Everything works great now, I keep the shelf in a higher position as more dishes fit underneath.
