I received this order on 13/1, the same day my husband had a stroke. So couldn't use until yesterday February 23rd. I was very happy to have found a point to approach. However, I thought it was loose when I used it, but I think it was bent due to the screw visor. When I went to remove this tip. The end of the screw stayed in the grip. So, very bad design for LG. a head with an extra screw head that had a weak point of contact that remained in the grip. Made everything unusable. I've used Hobby Lobby's cheaper nibs and pencils for many years and have never had any of these. Now when I try to get this guarantee fast there is no contact number or anything on their website. Only in my notebook and then only an e-mail address. Which most likely means I have no idea how long or when I'll be able to get a much-needed replacement for an overdue wood-burning project.
