Like a "Swiss Army Knife " - handy
I look at it like a Swiss Army Knife or a baseball. I have a laptop with only 2 ports and if one is used for power only 1 port is available for everything else. For security reasons I prefer an Ethernet DSL connection (too many wireless networks were detected including one called Big Virus) and this hub can support that and read memory cards and external devices. So rescues me from many traffic jams. The hub is beautifully designed and comes with a carrying case, although I prefer to keep it in the box when not in use as the box is easy to spot amongst the clutter. Nicely designed overall and worthy of me for the card reader and ethernet connectivity.
